Impose levies on the number of garbage bags and charge levies on the size of the containers. Where will some people start disposing of their garbage. On the streets and parks and this will necesitate Comrade Miller hiring more garbagegestapo who will of course become members of CUPE who seem to running city hall along with the environuts.
Toronto homeowners could soon be paying an average fee of $15 a month to have their garbage hauled away. But Mayor David Miller is pledging he'll cut property taxes by the same amount.
Hold your breath waiting for Comrade Miller to keep this promise....possibly also your nose.
