deserter?
Phil served a tour of duty in Iraq, which is likely more than you can say for yourself I bet...
I didn't label him a deserter....
this was done by the US Military and his friends and supporters in the War Resistance movement. He chose to join the military and he should have been aware of the various obligations he was committing to and failing to meet those obligations says volumes about the individual and those that support him.
I didn't express support either way.
The fact remains. He went over and did a tour of duty under fire.
What have you done that can compare to that?
Haven't been under fire but when I make a voluntary commitment I keep that commitment.......
