Contrary to what Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley seems to think, it's unacceptable that Patricia Marshall, 46, of St. Catharines and her two daughters, Lindsay, 20 , and Courtney, 19, are living in fear of a Peeping Tom residing next door to them.
'Totally unacceptable'
A St. Catharines mom who videotaped a neighbour in a sex act in her backyard, only to see a criminal harassment charge withdrawn by the Crown, says she feels let down by the attorney general.
