...not managed by the city and Nuit Blanche would be around for at least the next 15 years.

Last weekend, an estimated one million Torontonians and visitors participated in the city's fourth annual Nuit Blanche, an all-night festival of the arts -- from Saturday at 6:55 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday.
