Racial Profiling Enigma

Cops want probe of tribunal

The Toronto Police Service says it is considering applying for a judicial review of a human rights tribunal decision that found one of its officers racially profiled a woman but failed to find any evidence of racist attitudes.

(Profiling:A process of meeting customers needs by collecting information about them. This information can be obtained with volunteered/declared information from the customer or collected passively (observing the customer’s behavior patterns).)
