Another Example Of Beauracratic Abuse But...

Is this west-end home art, or garbage?

The colourful exterior of their west-end home is a “conscious expression of us as a family,” says Gretel Meyer Odell, with boxer Dobby. The city took exception to the boulders and cinder blocks that made up their rock garden. (March 18, 2010)

Gretel Meyer Odell's family is furious when city hall ordered the removal of their rock garden and rubber-tire planters.

...by the city's own definition, "The city defines "refuse" as includes items that "appear to be worthless, useless or of no particular value, or appear to be used up, extended or worn out." Toronto City Council is in violation.
