Can/Do Parking Enforcement Officers Verify Use In Mall Parking Lots...

 ...and how about malls designating parking spots for Women With Children that might be utilized by persons with "disabilities" which is at best a subjective description. I had spinal surgery which left me in a situation where I have good/bad days when it comes to mobility and if a "disabled spot" is available I will use it but if there is no spot available I will walk the xtra mile.
