Bike lanes wheel to the front of campaign

Busy Jarvis St. will lose its centre reversible car lane and get bike lanes in its place in a plan recently approved by city council.

Love 'em or hate 'em, the issue of bike lanes makes Jarvis Street ground zero for candidates.

...to hide councilors ineptness in fiscal management, salary increases, etc.
