Toronto is too inward looking and it’s costing jobs, mayoral candidates have agreed in a rare moment of consensus.
...I can't disagree with them and a great example if how councilors award grant money and to whom? As Worthington put it - to the artsy fartsy group and social in-activists who seem to live primarily below Bloor Street and turn out to vote.
