Toronto Party fields 12 candidates

A fledging municipal party just four years ago, the Toronto Party for a Better City is fielding 12 candidates for councillor in next month’s election.

Mayoral candidate Rob Ford promises to build a 12-km Sheppard subway and link the Bloor-Danforth line to Scarborough Town Centre by 2015.

...silly idea. Want to improve transit work on getting us to the subways quicker and more effectively. It can get pretty cold waiting for or walking to TTC stops.

Ford plan deserves the green light: Levy

Under a Rob Ford regime the car would reclaim its rightful place on the roads of Toronto.
