Off to a slow start, Rocco Rossi grabbed the headlines this week. Can he keep the momentum?

The Toronto mayoral race has been dragging on for months now, but during that time, we’ve been treated to very few policy proposals of any substance — leaving the dreary question of whether Rob Ford is better described as a buffoon or a man of the people as the biggest point of debate.
But now candidate Rocco Rossi has come to the rescue with three solid ideas that would do Toronto a lot of good if adopted: voter recall, term limits and Internet and telephone voting. I’m solidly behind all three.
