Almost two-thirds of the recruits who joined the Toronto police force between 2000 and 2009 lived outside the city. 

...if they did live in the City of Toronto they would be subjected to the harassment, lunacy of city workers and petty civil servants and the decisions of a council of clowns and a left wing mayor. Let's not lose sight of the fact that they have access to various weapons and know how to use those weapons and that coups around the world are carried out by people in similar situations.
