I am no fan of the Artsy/Fartsy groups but I am less of fan of downtown hi-rise condos and apartments who I find tend to attract psudo intellectuals who gentrify areas driving out affordable retail establishments and reducing affordable space for many who are working two jobs to keep a roof over their heads rather than go on welfare.
