Toronto should look at turning crumbling Gardiner Expressway into a private sector toll road: Councillor Adam Vaughan

City council will debate the future of the Gardiner Expressway next month when it considers spending $505M over the next decade on repairs

...the co-leader of the left wants the private sector to bail out the city.
