And I can't see any residential user complain about a rate increase but you would think that the beauracrats and elected officials in the City of Toronto would quote us the actual increase.....it's not 9% it is 10.8%. Cheap at half the price.
Having dealt with that issue we still need to keep our eye on the ball and see how much of this increase will actually go to repairing/replacing the infra-structure and how much will be pissed away by Mayor Miller and his cohorts on bribes to social in-activists, environuts, unions, etc.
An Internet Fisherman who uses barbless hooks and this one dimensional world as a way of releasing the frustrations of daily life. This is my pond. You are welcome only if you are civil and contribute something to the ambiance. I reserve the right to ignore/publish/reject anon comments.
