and that continues to be the excuse of the tories as to why their environmental policies are lame. 'oh well, so and so failed! That's why we're failing!'
We need a leader. And Harper ain't it.
Continuing to use a party they loudly proclaimed as ineffective as their bar of excellence (or excuse) speaks loudly.
A recent poll shows even tory supporters think Harper is failing on the environment.
