There is no question we need to deal with global environmental abuses but let's not get taken in by the hype when we have children going to bed hungry, when the working poor don't have adequate housing, when we have a country of three solitudes, etc.
How much legislation has been passed in the last year dealing with problems other than the environment. Let's get everything on the table.
BTW it appears that the unusually warm weather we are seeing in this part of the country is due to El Nino..........
