Scarborough Getting Bad Press/Executive Committee Waffling

At least according to Councillor Norm Kelly
and he has a point but the same can be said of Weston, Etobicoke, York, etc. The city is such a sprawling entity that the media needs some way to pin point different areas....is he suggesting we rebrand all the previous municipalities? But the real issue here is that our so called executive committee is slated to address the issue and the waffling has started. For Gawd's sake if they can't take a stand on something this simplistic what will they do on anything important.
