And especially when you are in the minority and unless there was a pressing and immediate need for these appointments I would have waited and fast tracked the public appointments committee and then made the appointments. I think everyone can appreciate that some of these appointments would be due to favours owed but isn't that what it is all about.....To The Victor Goes The Spoils.
