Simple solution......impose harsh penalties for being in possession of a restricted weapon.
* special courts and justices
* possession will be dealt with seperately of any other charges
* swift dispostion (no longer than 30 days from arrest)
* all persons will face the same justice. No YOA.
* no bail
* mandatory sentencing. Five years for first offence.
* no concurrent sentencing
* special hard labor camps (gulags) located in the far north
* a legislated mandate that these camps serve no purpose but punishment.
