Two Entirely Different Situations BUT....

.....you have to wonder if the opinion of Clayton Ruby would not also apply to the Sunrise Propane situation?

Bloor retailers want construction work postponed

In this situation Ruby says; ""The law says if you've got any significant effects on commercial life, you've got to have an environmental assessment by experts, you've got to consult the local people, and that's what we're going to court to argue for," Ruby told reporters on Wednesday morning."

Is the operative word "commercial?"

But that aside it looks like the ball is in McGinty's court.........

Sunrise told to stop in 2006

But Ontario regulatory agency is keeping other information on propane facility close to its vest
Sunrise Propane was ordered to cease and desist in 2006 after an inspection found a hose hanging off a truck and evidence of prohibited truck-to-truck transfers, the Technical Standards and Safety Authority said yesterday.
