Streetcars get $416M boost By BRYN WEESE, SUN MEDIA In what has become the largest game of "chicken" in Canadian municipal history, the province ponied up yesterday their third of the funding for the TTC's replacement streetcars from Bombardier, leaving the feds holding the bag if the deal dies next week.
