I don't think the voters, were the ones who broke the promise(s).
But, the fact that so many people, were willing to vote for someone like McGuinty, shows just how desperate they were for change! Speaks volumes for what was the government of the day at the time doesn't it?
See, you're so busy poking at your obsessions you fail to stop and consider the meaning of what you suggest...
Can we assume the comments not published are the ones that don't denigrate the commenter more than you can say?
