I don't see any actual numbers showing the actual number of small businesses that moved to Markham...
In other news, the commercial building I am now into my 5th year in my lease, this year has seen an explosion in leased spaces, and for the first time since being there, is pretty much 100% rented. My floor has always had at least 2 spaces available, thats no linger the case.
