A pathway has been added and flowers planted, but the memorial to responsible government featuring William Lyon Mackenzie, the rebel with a cause, is still hidden at the side of the Legislature, suffering from attention deficit. Alas, not even the backing of Lieutenant Governor David Onley could make that palace coup happen.
