It's the big name acts such as Tony Bennett, appearing this week, that command the public's attention at Casino Rama. But far from the spotlight, a bitter legal and financial dispute is pitting the hosts of the wildly successful gaming mecca against 133 other Ontario First Nations.

The Chippewas of Mnjikaning, whose reserve lands house the Orillia-area casino, contend they are entitled to a 35 per cent share of its net profits, a position that's landed them in a high stakes dispute with The Chiefs of Ontario.
