Close and dispose of those schools that have low enrollment and transfer the students and while we are at it let parents who want alternatives for their children and/or want to promote their culture do what many others did and that was to organize and fund their own cultural centers.

There are four new alternative schools starting up in the Toronto District School Board this week.
