Solution......

Name that airport

The decision by the Toronto Port Authority to rename the Toronto City Centre Airport after First World War flying ace Billy Bishop has understandably ruffled some feathers in Owen Sound, Ont., where a Billy Bishop Regional Airport already exists. Concern for the sensitivities of local governments is not the Port Authority's strongest suit. But the TPA board could have been even less sensitive, and named the facility the David Miller Memorial Airport after its vanquished opponent, the Toronto mayor.
