I donno. Ask Harper, who even after passing a law restricting governments from calling elections early to benefit from timing, broke is own promise to sprng an election on us last year.
Of course, diehard cons like yourself, is all ok with that promise breaking stuff. Cause it was the wascally wiberals fault right?
