Exactly as I keep saying. But I don't write for the Toronto Star (anymore.)
And because ordinary people instinctively understand that bureaucrats are the truly powerful ones, and politicians are just expensive, ugly and mostly unentertaining window dressing, consumption of the offerings of The Rest of the Media(tm) continues to decline.
