PRISON PASSION
Yet another report has been issued by the agency that runs our federal prisons denouncing the Conservative plans to introduce harsher sentencing rules (actually enforcing existing laws) that will harm our poor misguided felons. When will these people understand the justice system is meant to punish miscreants, it is not for managing the prison population.
