Some people believe the Alberta town of Okotoks is a shining example of how towns and cities should be managing themselves, because - they argue - communities must learn to live within their means. But others believe capping a population may be easier said than done. That's on The Current, with Anna Maria Tremonti, this morning at 8:30 (9:00 NT) on CBC Radio One.
