AND HAS BEEN FOR DECADES AND DECADES so it begs the question why is the law in question not being applied in every case where an unregistered handgun is found?
* No Bail
* Mandatory minimum sentences
* No allowance for time served
* No concurrent sentencing
* No time off for "good" behaviour
Time to start kicking ass rather than kissing ass........
The call by politicians to ban handguns is a media farce.....encourage the police to do stop/search in trouble areas.

I know, it's a lot of words to try and digest.
oh, and why not give us a diatribe on why pot should be banned, while yelling about how banning guns won't work.
