In spite of efforts to control the spread of bedbugs in community housing, the residents of 40 Gordonridge continue to be bitten.

  ...it is time for a name change. It is not "community" housing but rather "affordable" housing managed by a corporation that is continually in the news for lack of maintenance,  violation of city housing bylaws. enclaves that do not co-operate with police either through cultural norms and/or fear, bureaucratic nit picking etc. etc. etc.
