...the vocal outrage and vocal beating from she who must be obeyed makes the urge disappear. Too bad their isn't more vocal beating from the citizens of Toronto.

But I thought civil servants and do-gooders wanted to ban smoking everywhere?Why then is the poor, helpless, Residentially-Challenged Community being enticed to smoke?
Is some kind of intentional, very slo-mo Jonestown-like suicide operation taking place right before our very eyes, paid for by our tax dollars and carried out by government agents?
And if so, how can we make it go faster...?
