Even if John Tory is incapable, and a lame duck, which so far he proving to be.
How about let's what John Tory presents us with in terms of a plan, and leadership.
But I'm not going to vote for him simple because I dislike McGuinty.
It's that sort of thinking that led to 3 liberal majorities...
