Buzz Hargrove says strike is just an inconvenience to us
Today from 2-4 I was listening to the Charles Adler show on 640 am Toronto. Roy Green was substituting for Charles while he was on vacation. FYI Roy Green is one of my favorite radio hosts.
Today they were discussing the strike in Toronto. City workers in T.O. have been on strike for over a month. Buzz Hargrove was a guest on the Charles Adler show today with Roy Green. As I listened I heard Buzz Hargrove state that the strike was an inconvenience at best to the residents effected by strike.
The statement makes him a hypocrite, which we already knew that but I'd like to blog it anyways.
Buzz Hargrove participates in the CODE BLUE program for the childcare advocates. These advocates only want non-profit unionized all day & night daycare for every child across Canada.
Code Blue is defined here in a medical dictionary.
Code blue: While there is no formal definition for a "Code," doctors often use the term as slang to refer to a patient in cardiopulmonary arrest , requiring a team of providers (sometimes called a "code team") to rush to the specific location and begin immediate resuscitative efforts.
If Hargrove thinks childcare is a "life or death" situation then why are they striking????? or is it just an inconvenience to parents who use childcare like Hargrove stated on 640 am radio today????
