It Wasn't An Illegal Handgun That Killed Jordan Manners

It was the attitude of some members of the black community.First when there is a shooting witnesses do not come forward and assist police and secondly it almost takes the second coming of Christ for the public to get information about the suspect when they comes under the YOA.

Toronto police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Jordan Manners, CTV News has learned.

But the suspect, believed to be a teenaged boy, remains in hiding and police have not released his name, reported CTV's Jim Junkin.
