Just months after Wal-Mart shut down a unionized tire shop in Gatineau rather than attempt to run a high cost operation, a union has been certified at a Wal-Mart store nearby in Hull. By now Quebec unions really should understand that Wal-Mart is serious about only operating stores if they can be successfully managed according to their business mode
