what does this actually prove Wally? Miller had to continue the implementation of the initiative conceived, designed, by Mel Lastman.

What part of, Mel Lastman designed and left office just before implementation, did you not quite get?

Your trouble is, all you're capable of, is cutting and pasting -anything- that criticizes Miller. You don't care how factual it is, that's not what is important to you.

Is this a 'right wing' thing or something? Wake up you twit.

It was badly designed, and badly implemented. But all you are capable of, is, as usual copy and paste with a cheap shot.

What was that line?

"you make us look bad" Yea. Keep on blogging the right way Wally. You're doin a great service...

NOW,
THEREFORE: I, Mayor Mel Lastman, on behalf of Toronto City Council and the 2.5 million people of our great City, do hereby proclaim October 20 - 26, 2003 as "Waste Reduction Week" in the City of Toronto, and encourage everyone to take responsibility for the environment by reducing, reusing and recycling.

Gee. What's this about Mel Lastman, and the green bin program?? He signed it too?????

Oh my! It was Lastman's initiative! Miller merely continued an initiative already rolling out.

That means, YOU Walter, are a fucking idiot. lol.

As usual you are farting in the wind...Lastman might have been mayor when the program started but Miller was in charge when there were prolems and he didn't see the problems so he didn't correct the problems. Only a leftist would accept this type of incompotence and look for someone else to blame.

The Skinny said...

oooooh. Now you're starting to get it Wally!

I've said it from the very beginning. I believe I said that Miller is to blame for not fixing it or maintaining it. Twice. But you, like some of the other tory bloggin twits who can't read, only see one thing. Leftie bad. Right wing good. (say it 3 times in a row in a zombie voice)

But you, blamed Miller for ill conceived green bin initiative, when it was Lastman who brought us the green bins.

I think Miller is done, if someone like Adam Vaughn should decide to run.
