Ryan Bird (CFRB News) A new survey shows that if a provincial election were held tomorrow, Dalton McGuinty and the Liberals would come away with a win. The Ipsos-Reid Poll conducted for CFRB and Global News shows the Liberals up 4 points since a poll in May at 41 percent support, the Conservatives down 6 points at 34 percent and the New Democrats up 2 points at 19 percent.
Ipsos-Reid President Darrell Bricker says people are starting to forget about the broken promises of the McGuinty government adding the Conservatives and New Democrats have to do a better job at making those broken promises stick to the government.
Ontarians head to the polls October 4th, 2007.
