Isn't this whole discussion redundant....thanks to the antics of Comrade Miller and the Politburo and the way they are screwing the taxpayers makes the whole city a red light district.
She provides a service to men - and she pays her taxes. It's time others in her industry are made to do the same
Moscoe has another idea

If Torontonians are ever ready for a red-light district, it should be located in Mississauga, says the head of Toronto's licensing committee.
Councillor Howard Moscoe yesterday dismissed comments from fellow council member Giorgio Mammoliti, who raised the prospect of setting up a red-light district on the Toronto islands.
"I'm not sure Toronto is ready for a red-light district, thank you very much," Moscoe said.
If that ever changed, Moscoe pegged Toronto's neighbour to the west -- Mississauga -- as the place he'd like to see one established.
Mammoliti complained there are brothels operating illegally in Toronto that are destroying the city.
LICENSING
Mammoliti said he has been pushing municipal licensing officials for two years to report on how cities, such as Amsterdam, deal with brothels.
Mammoliti charged that a majority of massage parlours are operating as brothels and there are illegal red-light districts in the city.
"What I'm suggesting is for us to find a way to get rid of them out of local communities and in commercial pockets and figure out where the best place to put them is," he said.
He said the islands, like everywhere else, should be studied as a possible location.
Moscoe, meanwhile, said municipal licensing officials already have a work plan set out for this year and it does not include completing the report sought by Mammoliti.
