Joan Beatty, former CBC’er and sitting NDP MLA was re-elected just 7 weeks ago provincially. Now she quits to become a federal Liberal candidate. And it turns out that she was actually being wooed last summer... MORE...

She certainly shows all the traits needed to be a liberal. CBCer, NDPer and now a liberal is akin to having the sniffles, catching a cold, developing pneumonia and eventually dieing.
