The Star Says So Then It Must Be

I certainly doesn't work for the average property owner....I get fewer services, the services I get cost more and there is inequity in who gets the services. A small example; I walk my dog in a park where the sidewalks that run east/west are cleaned by one crew but the sidewalk that runs north/south is cleaned by a second crew and this seems to be because north/south is considered part of the old city of York and east/west is part of the old city of North York.
