Are we in denial over slave role?

No Royson, we are not in denial just a little tired of paying for the sins of our forefathers, who in my particular case had no contact with the slave trade, we are pissed off with being labelled racists when we speak out about problems in the black community and being blamed if we are more successful than our black brothers. There is no question that "whitey" benefitted from the "slave trade" but why is it we never hear about the involvement of blacks and arabs in the procurement of the people who were sold into slavery.
I support recognizing the abolition of slavery in Canada but if it is not happening then I would ask where are the black leaders.....
# Lionel Jones
# Emery Barnes
# Lincoln Alexander
# Anne Cools
# Alvin Curling
# Howard Douglas McCurdy
# Rob Davies.
Where is the Governor General, where are the prominent black sport figures, where are the "community leaders."

Canada largely ignores bicentenary marking history of a monstrous crime

About Me

My photo
I lean to the right but I still have a heart and if I have a mission it is to respond to attacks on people not available to protect themselves and to point out the hypocrisy of the left at every opportunity.MY MAJOR GOAL IS HIGHLIGHT THE HYPOCRISY AND STUPIDITY OF THE LEFTISTS ON TORONTO CITY COUNCIL. Last word: In the final analysis this blog is a relief valve for my rants/raves.
