He is still the incompotent boob who got elected originally by the waterfront condo owners and island squatters because he stopped the bridge to the Toronto Island Airport which would have upset the tranquility of his supporters. The rest of his platform was to beg money from the province and the feds and while he got a miniscule increase his management drove the city further and further into debt and instead of taking the necessary steps he continued to bow to the left wing at city hall. In the last year all his blunders have caught up to him; the city is still in a financial mess, the TTC union is telling him to go screw himself and the city unions will be getting substantial pay increases during the next round of negotiations, etc. etc.
