City employees should put up or shut up! But the problem is because the city has been negligent in appointing an ombudsman city employees don't have an avenue of complaint other than the media.

Toronto's fire chief claims the St. Clair Ave. right-of-way is A-okay but two city councillors call the department's change in tune a politically motivated whitewash.
