I will guarantee this "village idiot" will see everyone, including the west, kissing his butt with lucrative aid programs, etc. This whole situation reminds me of the old Peter Seller's film with this little country in Europe is rumored to have the atomic bomb and the bumbling on both sides was hilarious.
