The Toronto Transit Commission is considering a highly controversial move to require drug and alcohol testing of employees, following the death of a subway worker in April 2007.
An Internet Fisherman who uses barbless hooks and this one dimensional world as a way of releasing the frustrations of daily life. This is my pond. You are welcome only if you are civil and contribute something to the ambiance. I reserve the right to ignore/publish/reject anon comments.

How can city officials propose drug testing for employees while at the same time supporting and funding drug use at drop in centers?

I recall you protesting when I said you (the conservatives) were against the insite.
Appears I was bang on.
I am doing my best to ignore you but this highlights how out of touch with the real world you seem to be....look up the definition of sarcasm, satire and reality.
