Miller Needs To Change His Attitude

"He has to find $100 million in the budget he controls and make some cuts. The question that has to be asked is what has he actually done? Has he held the line on wages and expenses? Has he seriously looked at contracting out? Has he cut his grant budget? Did he vote against a wage increase for the mayor & councillors? And the list goes on and on.

Miller had three years to turn things around but he did squat!
